Dancing is a wonderful form of art. It brings out the soul in people and you can see it smiling as they sway to the rhythm of their inner selves. All forms of dance have a unique nature to them. I find it beautiful to see this form of art in its very essence; I learn from it and become inspired to hit the dance floor myself. I have tried salsa dancing in my youth as well as ballroom dancing such as the jitterbug (swing), the fox trot, line-dancing, and Afro-Cuban dance. I cherish these types of art forms as I was able to breathe deeply and glow in all of my glory on the dance floor no matter where it was at.

Music helps in bringing this art form to life. The music promises a sense of self and its possibilities, in terms of bringing out the best in the dancer, are endless. You can see the beauty in the art form as it manifests a reality that is innate in the dancer for the rest of the world to see. How I love to dance and watch others dance, as it brings out the best in me. I am filled with love and joy and I express it with my body and soul as I dance, sometimes with another dancer. I enjoy this form of art thoroughly, and my eyes sometimes water as the essence and soul of the dancers reach and touch mine.

So...I encourage others to explore this form of art. Its intrinsic value is priceless...and beautiful.
