Her soul was broken, crushed and dying

had given up the fight, was sick of crying

then she prayed for the hand of divine love and healing

She knew that she felt it, oh how her spirit was reeling

Was this the love , that feeling of peace?

the light she'd heard of, the comfort of which they speak

If she called on him now, could she really believe

he was waiting for her, to fullfill all her needs

to ease all her pain, her grief to be taken

this loneliness and sorrow would soon be forsaken

No more memories of childhood, her haunting undone

And all this was made possible by only this one

Yes God you gave Jesus to pay for mans sin

Our choice to gain freedom, comes only through him

If we follow his word and have faith and believe

then we shall be saved, by his grace we'll be healed......
