Eyes never making contact that is true

behind the faces there lingers a chill

Changed in a way that never will be

Void of emotion, she knows no freedom

Once a colourful bird of the sky

She now is a raven destined never to fly

Her tears are her sorrow, her mind no release

from dreams of darkness,

Faceless masses, no peace

She never admits, her cries go unheard

No one can love her, it seems so absurd

In one childs lifetime the rest is cut loose

Now looks forward to a life entrapped in a noose

She will go on her life has no end

For she cannot take the comfort of a friend.....
