Am I crazy, is my mind a mess

I never knew I must confess

I only ever took a guess

Was the pain I felt so real

Is there a way to make you heal

Was there ever a chance

Would love have grown if we tried to dance

Do you hate me now, do you despise my face

Did you ever care that I'd fallen from grace

You were taken, belonged to another, and yet -

I still tried to win you

My sorrow so deep, I have to leave

You'll never know that I now grieve

We'll say goodbye, yet never hello

Why does it end like this, I feel so hollow

Can't imagine a life without you in it

but I have to go on I can't just quit

You have another you won't be lonely

Just forever I'll have memories of my true one and only...
