Twenty years of marriage. Two children. Life comes to this. A heartless wife. Lost in her own world. Couldn't cook to save her life, yet she hides in the kitchen. I told her I found someone else. There is no one else. The doctor told me I'm dying. I'm dead already. I hear the kitchen drawer open. I see her reflection in the television screen. She has a butcher's knife in her right hand. Twenty years to life. I smile.
