My dreams are becoming clearer, Of an end that is getting nearer, This world that we call our home, Can no longer handle all the violence alone, For the people are going crazy and crumbling under stress, With the violence all around, it's hard to do our best, But we continue to strive for a better tomorrow, All the while we wait in sorrow, There's been so many people we've lost to war, And so many others from all the violence galore, My heart will always have that one true ache, My sorrow to the few for the sacrifices they had to make, Accept my apologies for this cruel society, Not everyone's out to be known for notoriety, There's just always the few that want to cause more pain, We all just have to learn move on or we'll have nothing to gain.
