Poem by: Tarr

Summary

This poem could sound depressing but its for the people that weren't ever accepted because of looks, or had something wrong with them. I feel for you!!

You get out of bed and look in the mirror,

You don't see yourself, and you curl in fear,

All you've wanted is to look like the rest,

Never feeling satisfied, never feeling your absolute best,

We were not made to be read like a book,

Though our life may be a story, there is no same outlook,

We were created each of a different kind,

To go through life and to see what within ourselves we can find,

We have overlook what's on the outside and notice the beauty of their heart,

Then will the world know, each of us apart,

The world will see that everyone is beautiful and perfect,

The world never coming to a true verdict,

We are all to our own,and to that we must stand,

We need not change for others, for aren't we all grand?
