I wish things would fall into place, I wish time would stop this race, All I'm asking is for a little break, To keep me going for the challenges I must partake, And all may be well now but that'll change, You can't go a long time without a challenge, for that's strange, So give me a break and I'll continue to fight on, Each day is a new challenge starting at dawn, Each challenge differs and can cause some pain, But all will wash away in that morning rain, To prepare for the next challenge, is what we must do, Learn from our mistakes when each challenge is through, Only then we will reach our everlasting goal, A life to live, a life of our own.
