So when does dreaming comes in exactly when you sleep? Well stage 1 is a very light sleep, you can easily wake up and feel that you were never asleep. Stage 2 our brain waves keep on slowing down. This off course is a much deeper sleep and that's when you're dreams starts. The heart rate,pulse,blood pressure and temperature decrease.
Stage 3 is a much more deeper sleep. You're muscles are totally relaxed and the heart rate and blood Pressure has slowed down
Stage 4 this is the deepest sleep. You're blood pressure and heart rate fluctuate. This is were you're body restore its tissues.
So I am sleeping and dreaming now I am wondering what is nightmares actually?
A nightmare is a distressing dream! Nightmares are regarded as a warning about current behaviour patterns or imbalances. Dreaming work in symbols, every dream you have, have symbols,every type of detail is important in your dream.
Like for instance if you dream of death it doesn't necessary mean that somebody is going to die, it simply means new beginnings,\"die of the old and starting the new\". If you like to remember your dreams, here are some useful tips: Before you fall asleep, remind yourself that you want to remember you're dreams. Keep a pen and paper by you're bedside, so when you wake up in the morning you can write down you're dream. Don't try too hard to remember dreams because the harder you try to remember the easier it seems to forget what you dreamed!
