I am perfection

What am I? I am the haunting of all dreams. I tear apart souls, tear apart people, until they are left with nothing. Nothing. Nothing but their insecurities, their weaknesses, prideless. I am the devil that makes little girls shove fingers down their throats, skip meals, slit wrists. I am perfection, at your service. Will you give in? I don't care if you're talented, or beautiful, or smart, and I make you not care either. She always wondered if she could fly like a bird, so she does. And she flies, and she flies, and she flies, and you know what happens next, and it's all because of me. I am perfection, at your service, will you give in? People cry for me, strive for me, die for me. The strong fight. Others give in. The funny thing is, I am not even achievable. And I triumph as she is put in her grave. I won. I am perfection. At your service. Will you give in?
