"Naked Words"

I'll tap my shoe and keep on fighting.

Rummage through the same dim lighting.

Sing to your melody though it might be

a completely different tone.

I'll walk the halls with a smile on my face.

Wave to you like I do everyday.

Let you walk all over me.

Say what you say.

After all, it's better than being alone.

The things you hear, I'm afraid aren't always true.

But you're forced to believe it

although you're stuck in between the two.

You haven't a clue what it's like

to live with a name that has a second meaning.

They might think they know who I really am

without even giving me their very own chance

of figuring out the secrets I'm keeping.

The girl you see is merely an image

of someone trying to hide her faces.

Take a better look and eventually

you'll meet one you can agree with.

I'll expose myself with naked words.

I'm not afraid of hiding anymore.

Forget what is said, forget what you heard.

And you'll see just what I was put her for.
