The town was worn,
scarred,
battered,
and beaten.
Lament accrued from the people in that town;

Sighs of people forgotten.

In the agora; nothing to sell, but
Everything could be purchased.
The rain never ceased.
The crows feigning satisfaction, rather
Superstition of death by association.

Sighs of people forgotten.

There is a portrait of a ladyIn a home.
An adorned mask
Filed with fictitious, amorous souls.
And just beyond the corridor, beyond the
Blistered, torn,
ravaged, and scorn.
Beyond the morbid metropolis, is a woman
trying a dress she seldom wears.
