This is about moving on, problems and bad memories can't be forgotten or replaced by good times, they follow us around and always will. We can't choose that, we do however have one choice: whether we live with them or :let them destroy us. Living with them would mean ignoring them and living our lives, but choosing not to ignore them would mean letting them follow us around, becoming heavier and heavier as we go along. After a while the weight becomes too much and we are forced to quit. The choice is all up to you.

Have you ever had certain feelings without knowing what they are or why you are feeling them? I have, at first I couldn't identify them until I found the cause, today for example I was crying all day, I couldn't stop and didn't even know why I was crying. This has happened before when I was left alone with my father for days at a time. Today my mother went on holiday for a month once again leaving me alone with him. That's why I felt depressed all day and I was crying uncontrollably.

When I am alone with my father I am constantly scared, scared that he will kick me out or beat me up. I am also constantly angry from being around him. Now even the sound of his voice puts me in an unbearable rage. I have never hated someone as much as I have him, it's more than hate, I loath him.

Just knowing that I have to live under the same roof as him makes me constantly angry, there is no more peace in me, not while I am around him. I thought that at least one good thing could come out of all of this; I can write a miscellaneous about how the changes at home can influence your attitude and feeling even when you are not in that environment. Being in a bad family situation can make you moody constantly. Some people believe that having family problems is only a problem when you are at home but once you are out none of it matters anymore. Those people are wrong. It influences everything, your mood when you are both in and out of the bad environment. Those problems follow you around.

Life isn't about living the good moments to forget all of the problems or bad memories, life is a pile of problems and you can't forget them or replace them with good memories. The more you live the more problems and bad times you have. More people abandon you, betray you, give up on you... all of that scars us and makes us fall deeper in the hole we call life. The hole is dark, we can't see the way out but we hope for one to exist. The truth is that you can never completely get out of the hole, there will always be a piece of that darkness in our lives. We will recover from some problems but never all of them, problems don't disappear, they follow us around and always will. Recovering isn't about getting rid of them, we can't, it's about choosing to ignore the bad things from our past, that's recovery.

If we manage to “recover”, we will definitively live happier lives, that's why it is absolutely necessary to ignore the bad parts of our past, otherwise we will probably all lose our will to live. If we don't ignore them, they will follow us around and the weight will become heavier and heavier, it will carry on until we can no longer go on and are forced to quit our life. That's why this miscellaneous is about getting over the past before it is too late: before it takes our past.

Stay strong, keep on surviving, see you, I love you!

We all need to move on, ignore the bad in our past to move on.
