Disappointment has slowly drained hope to a dull trickle, to meander and collect in a puddle in which to see my own reflection. A haphazard life has been constructed to live in torturous conditions. Giving to a ghost that only haunts fantasies turned into realities when convenience engulfs your being and then again to be destroyed as silence sets in. Take your cessation and live with your lessons… because lessons are only lessons if there is wisdom obtained. I will not be your rock. I will not be your base… to be stepped over… and then to scrape the shit off your shoe when you acknowledge your short-comings.

When you turn around and realize I have gone… the loneliness will fossilize your existence. Stillness and silence will finally be returned.

I would rather deal with my own finale as I refused to settle for something that is only a sickness… and that is you.
