Summary

True story of one of the many strange moments that occurred while my daughter was a toddler. The voice was soft & comforting. It wasn't frightening. The scariest part was the voice it used.

After her bath
I place her down
In the small chair
She calls her own
I leave her there
To find her comb

On my  return
I'm stopped in the doorway
From up above her
I hear a soft voice say,
"Hello Tes, how are you?"

I take slow steps
I sit confused
She looks to me
My child of two

I try to reason
I find no rhyme
I'm shocked to hear
A Voice from high

But more shocked that
The Voice used mine.
