Sacred and Profane

Oh, how I long for this...

The taste of your lips would be of an eternal bliss

Fate has caught me yet again

For such thoughts of this are like a sin

Tearing at my heart

I know this may just be the start

But I doubt there is an end

My emptiness you cannot mend

I know I want you

In fact I need you

Desperately, here I shall wait

For the day that maybe even fate

Will change its ways for me

Doubtful this, but it may be

Endlessly, my feelings shall stay the same

Forever your name: sacred and profane
