ƒø¨??

In college there is a saying that you find yourself

And I definitely did with a certain amount of help,

Realizing that I wasn’t the only one,

Helped me figure out the man I am to become.

I was at first a loudly obnoxious kid

But that description I will soon rid.

Because now I don’t need all of that show

For my day and life to go the way I want it to go.

I still have some emotional kinks that need work

But I am a definite upgrade from your average dork.

I was struggling with the thought of myself as a homosexual

Come to find out I’m just a mere bisexual.

My heart was crushed by a certain someone

All is forgiven now that the day is done.

Because I don’t need that persons validation

I’ll get it from other conspicuous relations.

I found someone that I am genuinely interested in,

Should I take it home and count it as a win?

I’m attracted to a female as well as the male counterpart,

I consider my sexuality a work of art.

One that is as beautiful as the Eiffel Tower

A revelation that has gifted me with so much power.

Power over my life and my decisions

Which I decided to forget the revisions

There may not be people that are comfortable with it,

But it isn’t their’s, it’s mine isn’t it, shit.

I just have to find a way to break it Diamond,

I bet it’ll get as nasty as an almond.

But the thing is I could definitely find someone else

That’ll love me for being my very self.

Its cool, the show goes on doesn’t it Shamar? (R.I.P.)

Cos this life has it’s very own star. (Me)

I am along with sex the center of my own life,

Which I have become with a reasonable amount of strife.

I feel like life is too hard to live if you don’t know yourself

For if don’t know yourself than nobody else.
