Girls and wine.

High above the ground

I stand alone

Waiting for the rain

To drown me whole again

And carry me away

Innocence gone forever

Gone far away

That day I heard the breath and swell

Of the heavenly God’s sway

The sound above

Won’t disappear

The silence of the water

Growing very near

The sound above me now

Shall not disappear

Until the ground I stand alone

Hollows from my tears

Praying fast

The words of no concern

Sowed and somewhere out

The fading sun returns

Trimming down quietly

The ends of all we thirst

Comes the last before the final first

The soul above is waiting...
