Lost?

Remain obsessive through violent passion
And stay true when you are torn.

Abstain the opress'ed dire reaction
Or fight and be as born.

Backwards

Just suppose,
We juxtapose,
Will there be an extent
Of what we'll see,
And who we'll be,
And choices we'll lament?

Picture

Lordly impressions with lack of compare
Spoilt intentions for princesses fair
Spectacular heroics for the prince who is bold
Too many creases for a face far too old.

Endless numbers and nowhere to begin
Extreme defenders in the interest of kin.

Expressionless motions of the family without
Too much concession in the scream of "get out!"

An empty man of consequence
A wife far too thin
A child without laughter
And a man full of gin

Start again

The end was in turn
No turn for the worst,
Tragedy turned
And sympathies burst.
With every good reason
My heart packed it in,
Leaving just enough room
For my life to begin.
