I promised my friend I would put up ALL my writing, or pretty much all, so I'm putting this up. I don't even like this. Oh well.

Wind is blowing,
Over meadows of emerald green,
The sun is rising,
While the moon falls asleep,
The hawk is circling,
Looking for a glimpse of it’s prey,
The world is waking,
Ready to face another day.

The rain is falling,
Washing away the old earth,
As a new earth rises,
From the old ones midst,
Yesterday, everything died,
Now today is the first day of our lives.

See me dance, see me twirl,
On the surface of a new world,
Hear me laugh, hear me sing,
Of the beauty of everything.
