You tell the people how good and faithfully truely are.
You tell them that they should follow you and you'll take them down the righteous path
You tell them that they are not living  the life that they should truly live
Yet you dont show them the life that goes on behind the shadows

You dont show them the cruel and hateful things you say about others.
You dont show them the fights that lead friendships to hateful enemies.
You say that my life is not the right one but yet what does that say about yours?
You lead me to believe that i could trust you but i see that you have lied to everyone

You say that i must leave the path that im walking, that I'm walking into the darkness.
I tried to walk the path that you are walking, but all i saw was destruction.
I saw that if there is no change in your teachings that their will be no bright future.
You are leading them to a fake light that will burn out and turn to darkness

You say that you do not judge  others for the choices that they have made.
Yet i see what happens to the people that do not follow your ways.
I see the hate that your people throw  when they hear of people like me.
I am the thing that you and your people despise the most.

You try to bring me down to a rocky bottom trying to prove that you are right.
Trying to say that if i don't follow your almighty so called god there will be hell to pay.
You and your people show so much hate yet to try to convince others that you are loving.
How can you say you are compassionate, but try to conquer others with your faith.

I'll not be a slave to your hateful ways.
I'll not be a servant to your bitter and resentful world.
I'll stand tall for the life that i believe in , and I shall not be defeated.
