Majesty

When kingdom doth fall to folly,

tis a terrible thing indeed.

When all the people make jolly,

The king is in trouble and need.

A life which goes astray,

is yet another trouble.

Yet to join the fray

is to be part of a bubble.

Motivation I search for,

I have not found it still;

for yet I have joys and sorrow and life and death and

love.

The ultimate in human experience,

a life filled with love.

But it is only on thy deathbed,

that thou shalt discover

if thy life was worth living

or just a waste of time.

If thou was an individual who was noticed

or merely a secondary character on the stage of life.

The king has lost his power,

he no longer hath the crown.

As his reign reaches an end,

wilt it in history go down?
