A A A

tears flowing down tear-stained cheeks.

dusty memories; a long-gone voice,

brought back to the surface,

by the blowing Autumn leaves.

the love I felt,

was buried in his grave;

my soul is half gone,

to a place I can't follow.

he left me alone,

as she did years before.

now no-one is left,

to tell me right from wrong.

how was I supposed to know;

it wasn't my fault-

an orphaned child left all alone...

who else is there to blame?
