Do I repel you,
Do I make you uncomfortable.
Is the mirror wrong,
Am I really the freak of nature.

My mind is so deep and black,
Unwanted and tortured with words.
The hate it feels,
Aimed at the loneliness of the heart.

A sudden sight of hope,
Caved in by the mind of despair.
Do I really look that bad,
Is what I believe is a lie.

My mind tells me the truth,
Yet it's existence is a lie.
My mind is a ticking bomb,
Waiting for the final tick.
