When i wrote this i felt constrained, this is what it is about too me.

Although reading it you may feel as if it has a different meaning to you :)

i'd like to hear your thoughts.

Imprisoned in the morning mist,
thoughts clouding my vision,
chains binding my beliefs-
and I drift away on a stormy sea.
Forcing me where I don’t want too go,
a prisoner, trapped.
And I lose my mind beneath-
the depths of the ocean.
In a far away place,
Longing to be released and unchained,
surrounded by desolation,
my judgement and senses adrift.
Rain fighting.
caught in a battle that can’t be won,
hurtling towards a lifelong darkness,
my soul is buried. A sunken ship.

To me, it is a metaphor for life. Or, more specifically, the process of growing up. When imagination is replaced by restraints. I could go deeper into it, but I fear I would bore you. Suffice to say, another brilliant piece. I truly enjoyed reading and analyzing this piece.

Don't worry i doubt you could bore me, i'm just scared of boring people with my poems.
