For all the fortune I have made

I am still bound and afraid.

My will not crushed, but damaged still,

Of misery I had my fill.

My temptations bring me close

To my burdens and my foes,

All my dreams, they leave a trace

On my skin, in your embrace.

I can hardly remember a time

When to love was not a crime,

And with all the secrets I hide

i truly wish that I could die.

A life barely lived, yet full,

Under your, golden hand's rule,

.A prison to me, is every day,

Spent in this, early May.
