The sun is shining through my windows,

And upon my door.

Shall I wait for you to come?

Or shall you come no more??

Our blood is made of gasoline,

Our Skin of woven thread.

We all are mortal beings,

Made of misery and dread.

I'm waiting for the sun to sink,

And the moon to light the sky.

And in the darkness I hope to see,

A glimpse of your eye.

Shining bright,

And shining blue,

Yet looking away.

Are your eyes,

Like two bright moons,

That make the oceans sway?
That make the oceans sway?
