I have two opinions of this one, One, I like it, and the second is it's probably one of the worst pieces I've written. By trying to capture the life of man in it, I think I may have ruined it.... Virgin, in the text of this piece, doesn't relate to sex, but rather the first time of the experiences.

Golden sunlight on a crystal lake

As pillow clouds float by

The tranquil bliss of a new born day

A virgin birth, I lie

Midday sun strikes the painted window

Whilst children play outside

The gentle caress of whispered breeze

A virgin babe, I lie

Evening dusk, paints a reddening sky

As the artists paint the stars

With great ease, lullabies from the trees

A virgin youth, I lie

Evening moon, the blood red orb

A cosmic  kaleidoscope

Laying beneath them, shooting stars

A virgin man, I lie

Midnight moon, full, with dreams

Watchful owls serenading

Caught in dreams, heart full of child

A virgin Father, I lie

Pre-dawn moon begins to wane

Soft chatter fills the skies

Slowly waking, a breath of new day

A virgin Grandfather, I lie

Golden sunlight on a crystal lake

As pillow clouds float by

The tranquil bliss of a new born day

A virgin corspe, I die
