take two back packs and fill them with 25 pound weights to make 50 pounds total put one on your back and the other on your front and try to walk as fast as you would without them intell it becomes no sweat a week or two then add 15-20 pounds and so on and so forth and you will notice that you can run faster and also you can jump higher to
just don't over do it. and if any one has any other ways to lose weight please tell me.
