I will never forget the day
I found my first shark tooth
I was walking on the beach
On Hilton Head Island with my Dad
I was five years old
It was at sunset
One last walk before dinner
We were walking along
When I stepped on something sharp
My dad told me it was a shark's tooth
He told me all about them
I still wear it around my neck
I still search the ocean
For more souvenirs from my favorite animal
