You breathed love back into my lungs, just so you could suck the sweet taste from my lips, leaving me breathless. You're always teasing me with something you know you'd never let me have. Bidding me into your embrace, all the while wishing I was her. And yet, Karma beheld your vile games, and so devised a clever plan of her own. The woman you so longed to be in my place, was running her ways, leaving broken hearts in the wake of her revenge for the one that was stolen from her. The vicious circle continues as I exhale icy breath into an innocent soul, corrupting the pure-hearted. The disease is spreading. I can't stop the shaking of my limbs, the quivver in my voice when I speak to you. The stench of lies lingers on your breath. I often wonder how it feels to have life and death at the tips of your fingers and the seal of a kiss. I'm drowning, but I ask that in your morality you let me expire. And with me, so shall the sickness of love.
