A rainy day is ever so quiet
to make us simply drift asleep,
as our heads touch a pillow of sorrow
the puddles gather to wash them away
as we slumber to the sound
we dream of wonderous things
a world were there are no troubles
A world that we wish to be,
And though once we wake
we will find ourself lost
amongst the rain and sorrow
Not to see the world that was
If only it could rain forever
we would drown away our fear,
Our cares about depression,
the wonders of what is to be
though if this river wash me away
Weary not I wont,
I shall float till the sound of tomorrow
to were I awake to the morn
And my eyes shall peel open
and break back this tide
Alone in my bed I will awake
For this body knows no warmth,
Alone in my sorrows
shall I forever trimple
and under this brooke I shiver
since the day you left my side
If only it could rain forever
and this vessle send a float
Against the tides of dawn
across this life into the new,
To once meet your face with out slumper
Is the day I wish to see
to bath in these waters
and was away this world departing you and me
