My heart is aching,

my mind is reeling,

from the depth of sadness

that I'm feeling.

The emotional fight,

I just can't win,

it's emotional sadness

from deep within.

I try to deny it,

but I know it's true;

everywhere I look,

reminds me of you.

I wear no smile,

but only a frown,

I'm back where we met,

in the very same town.

I want you to know,

that whatever you do,

I still mourn our loss,

everyday, I still think of you.

I miss you so bad,

It hurts to the bone,

you're the most beautiful woman

that I've ever known.

A kind, gentle, note,

is what I'm trying to send,

the fight to get over you

I fear, will never end.

I just want to tell you,

to "stay beautiful, my love,"

To me, in my life,

you're still "the one."

Forgive me, my love,

if you feel that you can,

I will always, always love you,

One Troubled Man
