There's another tear running down her cheek

I think she has finally realized she is weak

she needs a hug but there is no one there

So she hugs her porcelain teddy bear

The walls of her cage are closing in

the vines of bloody thorns are piercing her skin

she longs to taste the sunshine upon her lips

and the petals of a red rose with her fingertips

The concrete wall is stained with her blood

She has always felt hated and now feels loved

she wants to break free from this concrete cage

and make sure this love will never fade

but the pain of the consequence is still there

She gives it a thought It gives her a scare

If she asks you for your help what would you do

Now please don't lie tell me the truth
