MY LOVELY GRANNIE

Merry Christmas!
You may not know it but…

Lights shine brighter when you’re around,
Ornaments tinkle musically downtown.
Very energetic grandkids smile,
Eggnog concoctions are made worthwhile.
Laughter surrounds you all the time,
Yuletide carols are sung with rhyme.
Grand memories of playing on the sled,
Reindeer visit for a sniff of your shortbread.
Angels sing happy Christmas tunes,
Nimbly licking ice cream spoons.
Noticeable change in everyone’s mood.
I
gloos rise up from the snowy blue, and never forget
Elisabeth Rose really, really loves you!
