This one, I'm not sure where it came from... but it's open for interpretation.

Murdered Innocence

An empty bottle of wine,
half a pack of cigarettes, smoked,
what started as a good time,
ended with death, choked.

Condoms lay unused,
clothing thrown around,
innocent soul left abused,
cold and stiff on the ground.

A chance meeting,
from a blind date,
leads to a beating,
stemmed from past hate.

A man mistreated as a child,
taught too many wrongs,
an anger grows too wild,
like words written in hateful songs.

Words of wisdom fail here,
hot blood has spilled,
motivation is not clear,
why a brilliant mind is killed.
