There's a song
An elderly hymm
And in that song lives a boy
In one hand a story
And in the other a lesson
The song remembers pain
Having once perfection.
But now only slant,
Fractured. Only half of
a portion of its true self
That song echos throughout
Eternity

I enjoyed reading this poem. Kinda got me to reflect on some things.
