The lover loves the beloved... a living creature, not born of human flesh, a life-giver and yet a life-taker as well.

...you can probably guess what it is..

You are my warmth, my own sun,
I feel your hot breath on my arms,
On my face; I feel your energy,
Your strength pulling me towards you,
Curious, your fingers are eager to touch…
I am right in front of you now
But I still stay away from you,
Even as I move you, you reach out to me…
And I would love to hold you close,
To cradle you in my naked hands
Because surely your ignited passion
Is like an unpredictable form of lust
That longs to be held, to be experienced.
Such craving yet such pain you give;
I am at your mercy and your life depends
On me. How you die so beautifully,
Your soul dances with the wind, disappearing
Right in front of my eyes and you leave me
Nothing; no memories to keep
Except for your familiar scent still fresh in the air.
