Quite gruesome and graphic. I wrote it about three years ago when I was a tad depressed. Just a window to my mind back then, really. Fairly depresing to think that...

Screaming with heartfelt loss,She threw herself to the floor,Tears streaming down her pale, lifeless face,She clawed helplessly at the door. Biting her lip, blood trickling downHer face, scarlet streakImprinted.  Razorblade in the corner.Admiring it, so cool and sleek. Bringing it to her mouth,Biting once more.  More bloodStaining.  Blade slices between teeth.Frustrated howls of anguish.  Misunderstood. Piercing flesh, cheeks sliced open,Staring on hand, tearing again;Still more blood, leaking, laughter echoes. She’s in bliss, relishing the pain. As her essence leaks out in the blood,She reaches for her faithful friend.Always there, strong, soothing, loving.Strumming strained tunes, bones staring to bend. The insane laughter ringing in her ears,Grabs the blade again, towards her face,More wounds, blood running thin,Just her alone in this space. Breath shallow, eyes flicker,Muscles twitch, bones shiver,Guitar falls, heart breaks,Screams falter, laughter cease.
