Snake so harmless,
Staring back at me,
It's such a hot day,
But I feel so cold.
Snake so ruthless,
Doesn't care if I'm good or bad.
Grabbing the snake,
Causing pain,
Like the rest of the world has done to me,
I suffocate it,
Dare it,
To bite me.
For I'm not afraid,
I've been willing for a lifetime.
I have nothing,
I have no one,
That's my reason to go.
Bite me please,
Bite me,
I pray to hurt.
Releasing the snake,
It naturally snaps back.
Struck by lightening,
The anguish settles within.
Dropping my head,
Sight is fading away,
The snake is clenched,
Poisoning me for my every sin.
Pain and I become one,
This isn't the first time we met.
Love at first sight,
We encounter each other again and again.
For I'm saying goodbye to pain for my last night,
And saying hello to death,
Off to get married.
For pain shall weep,
But with death for I can never immune.
My last breaths come to an end,
And I say I love you to pain,
One last time.
