You turn it on,
It doesn't work,
Wait, don't give up hope just yet.
Angry that there's no progress,
Not one bit,
You start to give up.
Then suddenly,
Something moves,
Slowly,
Peacefully,
Gracefully,
Like a heartbeat.
When one comes up another follows,
Follow the leader,
But once they can float,
They're on their own,
Fighting for escape,
They travel,
Getting use to the object possessing them.
They brag with their bright lights,
The object,
It's hot and only gets hotter,
As they swarm around with heat,
They get brighter.
Then....
The heat is no more,
They slowly die,
The same exact way they came to life.
