Rushing is for the ignorant,
But they say ignorance is bliss.

I feel the need,
For an unnecessary survival.

I know more than you,
Yet together we're both blinded by our insecurities.

You are a black King of Clubs,
As am I a red Queen of Hearts.

The compatibility;
There simply is none.

Easy to deny from a few feet away,
But as inches grow near....

For my confusion,
Has drove me mad.

The heat boils within,
Yet there is no surface.

You've never spoken your name,
But I know it.

You've never opened your mind,
But I see it.

I open my door for no one,
Yet you have a key.

Are you here to steal,
Or simply rescue?

What ever it is I feel,
Is never harmful.

Is there hope for me,
Or am I naive with creativity?

Have I lived in a dream for so long,
That I can't tell true reality?

Why you're here,
I'll further evaluate.

But for now,
Just stay and give me what I hate to want.
