Impermanence

Dr Buddha keeps explaining to me about the Egyptians,

" That's what the Egyptians couldn't understand Jasper,

that everything's changing all the time, that nothing lasts,

not even the self.

The self's changing all the time too, not even the self lasts,

all there is is flux Jasper, just flux. So how can you have

eternal life like the Christians want? They just want to be

told they'll live forever in heaven eating ambrosia. What a

joke!

But you can understand can't you Jasper, that everything

changes. That death is just the end of the delusion that you

are separate from the rest of existence. The egos build the

churches, the temples, the mosques, the eternity machines,

Jasper to get a vaccination from death, but that doesn't work,

because there's only impermanence Jasper, impermanence.

And the artists Jasper, they're the worst, they think their

paintings, their scupltures, will last for eternity, but all their

works will turn into dust Jasper. Even Michelangelo's

David will be dust one day Jasper. You know Jasper the

brain invents the ego to survive in life, then the ego invents

God to survive in death...
