The Aliens

The aliens are in control of my walking stick, they control how

fast or slow I move, and in what direction. They lead me through

a maze of streets, and I see other old people come out of ajoining

streets, and we're all heading in the same direction. Some of them

have walking sticks too, but others have quad sticks, walkers on

wheels, crutches, and wheelchairs.

The Aliens are making us head towards a great big colourful

spaceship, it looks a bit like a shoppping mall at Christmas, lights

and colours are everywhere.

The aliens dressed in white look angelic as we arrive at the entrance.

They give us big hugs and smiles, and tell us...

- We're going to make you all young again, we're going to cure your

ills. We're going to make you so happy again!

So the Aliens take us by the hand and lead us inside the huge

structure. One by one we are taken into separate cubicles for evaluation.

- Do you want an injection?

- What's the injection for?

- Look, it's so you won't feel pain.

- Pain? I thought you were going to make me young again. Isn't that

what you Aliens promised to do?

- We're not Aliens. We're from the United Nations, the World Government.

We're sick of you old people using up all the earth's resources and

making the poor countries starve. You old people have all lived to long!

We're going to cut up your bodies, and feed you to the starving. Now

would you like an injection for pain before we begin? after all we are a

humane organisation...
