Wolfie

An Austrian chap called Wolfgang

With friends at the Kneipe would hang

Out, drinking much Bier,

Watch his Geld disappear

Till he had in his conscience a pang.

His long suffering wife, called Konstanze,

He saw at the pub door in anger.

With words of profuse

Apology, “Tschüs”

He said to his friends in great danger.
