Another poem dedicated to someone whom I lost, and miss terribly.

Writing about it, really helps me with my healing process.

Here I go again

Checking BBM

Checking Whatsapp

Still no word from you

What the heck , what’s new?

I saw your picture on Facebook the other day

Is it true what they say, that the eyes they never lie?

You didn’t look happy

Perhaps it was just all in my mind

A reflection of me I was trying to see in you

Days and nights drift on by

Still I sit around and wait, holding onto every little bit of hope

So here I go again

Holding my head in my hands

Praying for a miracle

That you will realise you have made a mistake and hurry back to me;

But that’s just wishful thinking

Why would you even care?

So here I go again

Deleting your number from my phonebook

But adding it again later, because deep down I really don’t want to let go

She will never love you like I do

Oh! what am I saying?

Who am I trying to fool?

Perhaps she does love you, but why can’t I let you go?

I haven’t called, I haven’t messaged

That doesn’t make things easier

You’re on my mind all the time, no matter what I do

What do I have to do to stop from feeling so blue?

Don’t you know that I’d give anything just to be with you………
