I sing of joy when I think of you, I don't see beauty when I look at you, but love and a future deep within you- So riddle me, what am I without you?

My happy ending resides in you, Roses are red and the petals are you Like the thorns I'm here to protect you So riddle me, what am I without you?

A rose can be white too but violets are blue, Like my love, it remains the same for you- I'm convinced I exist because you do too, So riddle me, what am I without you?

I love you like drunkards love blaming the booze, Like how the insecure love shaming the bodies of those with more meat like you- For what's an act of abuse without a victim? So riddle me, what am I without you?
