From out of the looking glass
then we fell
downward, downward
the walls like a well
The sky was green and the land azul
And cardgames played tricks
Making me the fool
A Queen would behead
A Knave snitch tarts
And a quibbling rabbit
following every command
Mushroom goes up,
Mushroom goes down
the talking caterpillar is in town!
A grinning cat should make me so mad
And a hatter, and hare make me ever so glad
Till they put the poor dormouse in a pot
Now, I should hope, let them rot!
Now waking up,
Hazy and all
Was it a dream,
Or was it at all?
