Questioning everything. Religion. Life. Death. Why are we here? Nowadays we serve no purpose. I rather sing in a graveyard than praise to you in church.

Every touch hurts like a thorn.
Everyday we must mourn.
I climb the chapel stairs.
But I won't get my share.

Everyday we break down.
The world still spins around.
Nobody takes the chance to look.
Threw away all the times you took

Are we born to just die?
And leave them all behind.
Tears bleed from my eyes.
As I take a step outside.

Spirals lead so many ways.
As I look from face to face.
Mirror image doesn't like me.
And my throat it will squeeze.

Born and raised to fall apart.
In my head and in your heart.
To our dismay and our delight.
We're not okay but just alright.

I sing in the cemetery but not at church.
And your attempts well they never work.
Moon rays and graveyard dance.
Today, tomorrow, yesterday's your chance.

Cry for today and reach for tomorrow.
Everything' beautiful even your sorrow.
To our dismay and our delight.
We're not okay but just alright.
