My friends read the preview to the book, and afterwards they had many questions to ask me. Here are some of the most interesting questions:
“Where did you come up with the idea?”
I got the idea from many things. I’ve seen The Matrix, and that has only a little bit to do with the story and idea. I really got it from my inner mind. I was just sitting around, at my laptop, and I was just thinking of a story, and then I kinda let my mind flow, to leak the creativity onto my shoulders, and then I felt the cold water touch me, and I got to writing it, practically coming up with everything as I wrote!
“Why did you write it? Why make it a book?”
Well, for a long time I had wanted a story all about mindf*ck (which means confusing, awfully confusing). I had started small projects on stories about the term, but they died way too easily as I had actually given them plots. So, I decided to write a story with a plot that is coated in deep, thick, frosting that is flavored ‘no story and randomness’. I had found my mindf*ck story.
“Will you publish the book?”
Possibly. I still need to figure out if this story is even interesting enough to find it’s way into book stores. I’d say, once the story is complete, I might as well give publishing the thing a shot, and if I change my mind or if all fails, I’ll share it for free or for, like, a dollar cost on websites and such.
“If you could add music to it, what would it be?”
I was going to make a slight teaser trailer to it, eventually, but there is some inspiration music to it, in fact, a playlist. Here’s a link to it: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyc0FqMXN_3ROuIGYMGuMmEcjD0DgRrsk
“How long do you plan making the book?”
I actually have no idea, until I am satisfied with what I’ve created and the feeling of an ending sparks me. I’m really just writing this for the heck of it, and I currently see an ending sitting murkily in a thick fog, and I’m sitting there, approaching it yet getting further, so until I actually near it and touch it, there is no estimation!
“Is there any word to explain the book?”
Claustrophobia. Does that satisfy you?
